Impaired exercise control can lead to chronic low back pain. A new study in the East Finland University shows that the combination of manual therapy and movement can be an outstanding possibility to fight the motion control disorders in the low part of the back. This combination is reducing the disability of the patient and it is significantly improving the efficient functioning. One individually generic tailored training program would be made for a patient and the treatment process is consist of a follow up 12 months later as well.
An impairment of the movement control is very common cause of back pain.
Only 15% of patients with back pain receive specific diagnoses, while 85% of them have to suffer the back pain without knowing the real cause of it. A lot of international guidelines require further check ups in different subgroups of a patient with the low back pain.
