Manual lymph drainage
Lymph drainage is a gentle way of massaging, which is dealing with the congestions in the tissues. This leads to activation of lymphatic vessels valves and improvement of the lymphs system of transportation.
The manual lymph drainage is a kinesitherapy which is achieved with rhythmical, gentle and circular movements of the hands. If necessary, the arms, legs, head, stomach or spine sections can be treated as well.
